Download again making sure you have a good broadband connection. You
have up to 3 attempts available to you per ticket received via email. Q: Can I download with out having a broadband connection?
A: Yes, but it is not recommended as it may take a long time and/or
fail during download. Some files can be up to 40megs in size, therefore
a broadband connection is recommended. Q: How do I pay for my Magazine?
A: Using our online payment system which will take most credit and
debit cards. Follow the instructions on the categories pages which will
take you through to the payment system. For your security our payment
partner is Realex. Q: Can I pay in currencies other than the euro?
A, Yes when you add the magazines to your shopping cart and proceed to
the till you will be shown a range of currency options with a currency
converter to change the total to your preferred currency. Q: Is this a safe way to pay for my purchase?

A: Our refund policy is as follows. You may cancel your order with us
for the goods and or services you order at any time up to delivery.
Once you have received and or accessed the publication no refund and no
cancellation shall apply. You do not need to give us any reason for
canceling. To cancel your order you must notify us in writing. If you
have received or accessed the goods and or services (including in
electronic form) before you cancel your order then you do not have a
right to cancel. Q: Can I print a download from my computer?
A: It is an option but is not recommended as the down load is designed
to be read on screen. When printed it will not be as clear to read. Q: Can I get a Magazine that is not shown on the web site?
A: If we do not yet stock the magazine you wish to purchase, please
fill in the name of the Magazine and we will contact the publisher and
offer them space on the site for your selected magazine. If your
